With AI to More Participation in the World of Work (White Paper)

Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important in the workplace: It can improve and facilitate our working world and many areas of life. AI can also promote participation and equal opportunities – especially in the world of work. AI technologies can support people with physical, mental or psychological impairments in a variety of ways to enable them – very individually and tailored to their needs – to perform new work activities or to facilitate their participation in working life.
