Criteria for Human-Machine Interaction with AI (White Paper)
The use of artificial intelligence (AI) opens up a wide range of potentials for safe, autonomous and self-determined work as well as attractive and competitive jobs. The increasing collaboration between humans and technology makes it necessary to readjust the distribution of tasks when using AI. In order to shape this in the interest of the human being, technology must tie in with the advantages and potentials of human thought and action and place mutual complementarity at the centre of interaction. The white paper of the workgroup Future of Work and Human-Machine-Interaction of Plattform Lernende System defines criteria for human-machine interaction in the working environment. The criteria aim at a sustainable future-oriented and human-centred design of human-machine interaction and are addressed to actors from the planning, development and implementation of self-learning systems.
