acatech disseminates the key findings of its projects through publications aimed at policymakers, industry, academia and the public. All the academy’s publications can be downloaded free of charge.
acatech POSITION PAPER
In this series, the Academy publishes position papers on strategic engineering and technology policy issues. The papers contain concrete recommendations and are aimed at decision-makers in government, science and industry, as well as interested members of the general public. The position papers are written by acatech members and other experts and are authorised and published by acatech’s Executive Board.
acatech IMPULSE
This series comprises contributions to debates and thought-provoking papers on strategic engineering and technology policy issues. IMPULSE publications discuss policy options and are aimed at decision-makers in government, science and industry, as well as interested members of the general public. Responsibility for the contents of IMPULSE publications lies with their authors.
acatech STUDY
The reports in this series present the results of the Academy’s projects. The STUDY series provides in-depth advice for policymakers and the public on strategic engineering and technology policy issues. Responsibility for the studies’ contents lies with their editors and authors.
acatech DISCUSSION
This series comprises papers on engineering and technology policy issues. It documents the interdisciplinary discussions at acatech events and in the Academy’s projects and working groups. Responsibility for the contents of these papers lies with their authors.
acatech COOPERATION
These publications include the interim and final reports of joint projects carried out by acatech in cooperation with other partners. Responsibility for their content lies with the respective editors and authors.
acatech HORIZONS
The “acatech HORIZONS” series explores technology fields that are fundamentally transforming our everyday lives but are still affected by uncertainty concerning their potential impacts. In this series, acatech aims to analyse and evaluate these technologies in a manner that is comprehensive but also clear and easy to understand
acatech MATERIALIEN
In this series, we publish discussion papers, presentations and preliminary studies produced during the course of acatech’s project work. Responsibility for the content of the publications in this series lies with the respective editors and authors.
