Work, Training and Human-Machine Interaction (White Paper)
Artificial intelligence (AI) changes the demands on employees and their skills. It shapes job profiles, workplaces and work organisation in companies as well as the entire labour market. Artificial intelligence also changes the relationship between man and machine and enables new forms of cooperation. The working group Future of Work and Human-Machine Interaction of Plattform Lernende Systeme analyses this change in its white paper and shows how learning assistance systems could support employees in the future.
