Using AI to help secure a skilled workforce

Whether in the skilled trades, medicine or administration – in almost all sectors, we are facing or are already experiencing shortages of skilled labour. This is increasingly being exacerbated by demographic developments such as the imminent retirement of baby boomers. Artificial intelligence (AI) can also play an important role as a technological building block – especially in the areas of automation and AI-based assistance – in order to secure the skilled labour base of tomorrow. The white paper provides an overview of how AI technologies can make a targeted contribution to securing skilled labour in order to strengthen competitiveness and secure jobs in Germany.
